Currently Hab Studio runs in a local container, however it would be great to spin up Hab Studio in a remote container the same way Test Kitchen can be spun up remotely. This is great for folks who have locked-down workstations that don't allow VMs to be run locally.
Thanks for the feedback! I can definitely see the value in this. I'm sure this gets complicated as we need to think about how we provision external VMs. I'd love to hear from folks here on what external resources you'd want to use for this.

Currently folks using any sort of VDI solution can't run Docker containers, this would unblock a lot of Enterprise level customers who need to keep workstations locked down, but would be OK with spinning up external vm's and containers.
