Decouple compliance profile store updates from Automate distribution updates

As a customer running in an airgap environment with automatic updating disabled, the cadence with which I receive new versions of stock compliance profiles is low, correlated with the frequency with which I schedule a change window to update the Automate product. Because of this, I might lag behind meeting newly released STIG standards.


I would prefer that the profile store within Automate have the ability to update separately, not unlike how antivirus software can do a "definition file" update only. This way, if new profiles are available, I can bring them in and implement them long before my next change window to uprade Automate itself.
