We do our best to implement as many Ideas as we can. Our Product team will evaluate all submitted ideas in a timely manner and will disposition each into one of the following categories: will integrate into the product roadmap, further research is needed, unlikely to implement.

Adding more elaborated error details to SN incident through CHEF incident management application

We are working on Service-Now incidents automation by Chef Automate Notification, we found that for all the Inspec incidents, Chef-Automate can only provide error detail to the profile level. It can’t narrow it down to control level. The Error message on servicenow incident contains a link back to Chef-Automate so people can check (please see the attachement), but if we can provide elaborated error meesage from control level to SN incident, It will be more easy for support engineers to fulfill the incident, and many support group may not have access to automate to use link provided by automate in incident.

I think it would be great if CHEF automate can provide elaborated error details from control level to servicenow incident
